Refund policy

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your order please contact us at shop@rockfarmslane.ie by midnight on Monday. Please note we will not issue a refund for cancellations requested after this time. 

Refunds

As all of our products are perishable, it is our policy not to provide refunds. 

In the unlikely event any of the products in your order are defective or damaged in some way, please let us know withing 24 hours of collecting your order and we will do our best to address your concerns. Please note the item(s) may, at our discretion, have to be returned to Rock Farm.
